Rapist nigger Jacob Blake pleads not guilty to charges in domestic incident

Judge sets signature bond at $10,000

KENOSHA, Wis. —
During a virtual initial court appearance Friday, the attorney 
for Jacob Blake entered three not guilty pleas for a domestic 
incident in early May.

From his hospital bed, Blake waived his right to a preliminary 
and the judge bound the over for trial.

Blake is charged with criminal trespass to dwelling, third-
degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

"Your honor, I can tell you that he does not have a prior 
criminal record, no convictions either in the state of Wisconsin 
or any other state to my knowledge," Blake's attorney, Patrick 
Cafferty, said.

Blake is being granted release from custody on a $10,000 
signature bond including $500 in cash. The judge added these 
requirements to his release.

Blake is to have no violent contact with person in the criminal 
complaint and the children.
Blake is to have no weapons.
Blake can’t leave Wisconsin expect for medical treatment, if 
needed.
A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 21. Jury selection 
is scheduled for Nov. 9.

"My role as his criminal defense attorney is to uphold his right 
to a timely and fair review of the facts, and that I will do. To 
be clear, Mr. Blake and his family have hired a separate legal 
team for the events related to Aug. 23, 2020," attorney Patrick 
Cafferty said in a statement.

Blake was shot in the back seven times by a Kenosha officer on 
Aug. 23. He is still recovering at Froedtert Hospital.

An arrest in Blake’s past stemmed from a September 2015 
confrontation at a Racine County bar. Blake was charged with 
resisting an officer and multiple gun-related charges after 
allegedly pulling a handgun in the bar, leaving and being 
arrested during a combative traffic stop, a criminal complaint 
said.
