Hey, it's done.

With a bit of patience, I've reposted a good chunk of the underground 
comix collection Alexander Tuesday posted to alt.binaries.comics in 2010. 
That collection consisted of "alternative" as well the 70s underground 
comix by Crumb, Gilbert Shelton, Spain Rodgriguez, Dave Sheridan, Dan 
O'Neil, S. Clay Wilson and other artists who participated in the 70s 
underground comix scene. I've just reposted the underground comix, not 
the more mainstream and fan alternative comics. There is lots of sex and 
drugs in this collection but I didn't repost them due to that. These 
comix represent a scene and an era that is long gone but fondly 
remembered by a few of us. If you want comics with sex, there are lots of 
them being reposted to alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.comics by HuguLBe. 
Some of the comix I've reposted here can be found there as well but the 
focus is on sexual content, not the hippy underground comix and the 
artists who made them. 

I wasn't really intending to post this much. I discovered this mostly 
dead and neglected comics group in a random search for groups with 
"comic" in their name and started doing test postings to it. After a 
tentative start, I just started reposting the undergounds in alphabetical 
order and after a few months, I got to Zap and Zippy the Pinhead and it's 
done. Enjoy these cultural artifacts from a bygone era. I might do a few 
fanzines now that I've finished the undergrounds.
