Comic Sites

I found a site (comicsnake) that seems to have early access to
Fantagraphics and Drawn & Quarterly comics, at least I have only found
them on that site.  The problem is they use Florenfile, and most of
the good comics are only downloadable with a paid sub.  Are they
scanning these comics and then getting paid by the download site or
are they grabbing them early from other sites?  

I never set up the limewire stuff, maybe I need to start that up again
if the site is grabbing comics from that.  

For example "Physics for Cat" by Gauld is on there, haven't seen it
anywhere else including libgen.
