The pharmacy network changes by Express Scripts, the Cigna-owned pharmacy b=
enefit manager that administers the Tricare benefit on behalf of DOD, are e=
stimated to impact 400,000 Tricare beneficiaries by shrinking the retail ne=
twork by almost 15,000 pharmacies, most of which are independent community =
pharmacies located in underserved rural and urban areas. On top of that, it=
 became clear in September that Cigna/Express Scripts made the unilateral d=
ecision to make these changes effective Oct. 24, 2022, surprising and confu=
sing patients and pharmacies who expected the 2022 contract to last through=
 the remainder of the year.

On the Express Scripts Mobile App
Tap the menu icon on the top-left corner of your screen. Go to My Account a=
nd choose Prescription ID Card. You can use the mobile app to show your mem=
ber ID number at your pharmacy or doctor's office.


If you take prescription medicine on an ongoing basis, your plan may allow =
you to order from our convenient home delivery pharmacy. Once you start, yo=
u can refill and renew your prescriptions from the website or mobile app - =
and free standard shipping is included.

To review your home delivery opportunities, go to the website or mobile app=
 and for any medicine that displays the "Transfer to Home Delivery" option,=
 click the button, then select the item and click "add to cart". After you =
add your retail medicine to the cart, complete the checkout process in orde=
r to finalize the transfer to home delivery. Express Scripts will then reac=
h out to your doctor to receive approval.

If you currently fill 30-day supplies of your medication at a local pharmac=
y and would like a longer-term supply, you can ask your physician to write =
your prescription for a 90-day supply and fill it at Express Scripts Pharma=
cy. You can get started here.

If flu vaccines are covered, you and all other members covered by your plan=
 can go to a local participating pharmacy to get the flu shot. Please note,=
 every state has specific regulations regarding age restrictions, which vac=
cines can be administered by a certified pharmacist, and if a prescription =
is required.

If COVID-19 vaccines are covered, you and all other members covered by your=
 plan can go to a local participating pharmacy to get the COVID-19 vaccine,=
 once it becomes widely available. Please note, every state has specific re=
gulations regarding age restrictions, which vaccines can be administered by=
 a certified pharmacist, and if a prescription is required. Call your pharm=
acy before visiting, to ensure the pharmacy is able to administer the COVID=
-19 vaccines, the pharmacy has vaccines available for administration, and t=
o schedule an appointment if one is required by the pharmacy.

Express Scripts Pharmacy is available to those with pharmacy benefits from =
Express Scripts and other participating pharmacy benefit managers. In the f=
uture, non-members will be able to use the pharmacy.



Two-step verification is required to log into express-scripts.com, military=
rx.com, and the Express Scripts mobile app. It adds an extra layer of secur=
ity to protect personal and health-related data from unauthorized access. W=
e added this feature to keep your account safe.

We work directly with FDA-approved pharmaceutical manufacturers. The medica=
tions are stored in one of our home delivery pharmacies across the country.=
 When you place your order, we choose one of our pharmacy facilities to fil=
