Return of a old Trojan Horse

My computer was running slow and I used Malwarebites to see if it could find and it found no problems. I then used Malwarebites adwcleaner and it found no problem. I then ran Microsoft Safety Scanner the quick version and it found vintool32/defendertamperingrestore and removed it. I did a search on it found all kinds of bum info on how to fix it. Did anyone else have the same problem?
