An interesting parameter for this program is:

-m 	Hide Microsoft entries (signed entries if used with -v).

Being as Bryce Cogswell and Mark Russinovich sold Sysinternals to
Microsoft on July 18, 2006, I would have expected that to some degree,
this would be going on in the background anyway. And it might be.

Regardless, Autoruns is very thorough.
