I'm afraid it's not quite ready for release. Egs. The toolbar can be
dragged from the side so that it floats, but as soon as you let up on
the left mouse button it snaps back to it's former docked position.
AFAICT, there's no way to set things so that you can have a floating
toolbard. Also, under "View" if you put a checkmark by "Filterbar", that
bar disappears. This is unexpected behavior. There are several other
little irritants as well. Guess I'll have to pass on this one for now.
