It was a struggle, but eventually I was able to see your reply to VanguardLH. File recovery programs that I use instead are: Piriform's "Recuva": https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva and (as you have also recommended): Puran File Recovery: https://www.puransoftware.com/File-Recovery.html Not really sure which one of those two is better.
