Unlocker, I assume the Cedrick Collomb one, not the IOBit one hiss hiss, 
is very old, last update 2013. Gemini says issues with Windows 11. I 
used to have issues with it.

I moved to Lockhunter, Crystal Rich. I use their payware. USB Safely Remove.

I thought I'd give File Locksmith a go. Looking for the Holy Grail. It's 
quite simple. Dunno. Don't really have locked file issues much now.
