So, I double clicked unlocker, it created an ini file.

Copied a Word file and opened it. Tried to delete it, wouldn't let me.

Right clicked on file, selected unlocker

"No Locking handle found.
However Unlocker can help you deal with this object.
Choose the action you want to perform on the object."

Delete

"The object could not be deleted.
Do you want to perform the requested delete operation at next reboot?"

No. Tried again, found I had lost the right click context menu entry.

Opened unlocker again and browsed to docx file

Selected rename. It renamed docx file and closed winword.

Clunky.

Copied new docx file. Opened again. Tried to delete. wouldn't let me.

Right click on docx selected 'Unlock with File Locksmith'

Shows me Winword,exe, Process ID, User, Files, select End Task closes 
Winword.exe. Didn't require admin or elevation although there's a run as 
administrator option once you are in. I tried everything to break it. Nada

Impression so far. Class.
