Can Usenet be used as an online notebook?

When you do note-taking, you might need
to classify, categorize and tag your
notes. That might need cross-posting.

Will it violates netiquettes? Will your
notes and your name be labelled as
trolls? And then Usenet "police" might
troll on you? :)
