AIDA16 is runnable on 80286, minimum. v2.14 is last version.

Decent/good ones which are runnable on 8086/80186, are not freeware.
But if you already have MS-DOS 6+, there's Microsoft Diagnostics (MSD).
Most of the good ones are sharewares.
