Useless suggestion since pdf documents provide better security against 
unauthorized alteration and preserve when present legal formatting.

For estate planning and until the final documents(for/with wet-ink 
signatures) are completed and also thereafter...pdf are superior for 
digital storage(format, tampering, digital signature, universal 
compatibility, widely used and accepted as best practice).
