O.K., so let's make it that you/me/everyone can ONLY report problems
with a Program on the First Tuesday of a Month, so solutions can be
included in the Update released on the First Wednesday of the Month.

Oh!! Wait! Sometimes the First Tuesday of the month will occur AFTER
the First Wednesday of the Month!! Bugger!
