[Update] Process Explorer 17.13

"Microsoft Process Explorer quickly displays information about which handles and DLL processes have opened or loaded.

The top window lists all currently active processes, complete with crucial details like CPU usage, company name, and more. Click on any process, and the bottom pane reveals deeper insights.
