Shadow, just turn on JavaScript. How many times. Cloudflare doesn't 
block JavaScript by default but they do provide tools to their clients 
which if they use them will block for all manner of reasons including no 
JavaScript. It's the most likely reason. The irony is they are a content 
delivery network doing what CDNs are supposed to do, block hackeroonies. 
What's your beef? Isn't that what you self identify as, perhaps its 
freedom warrior today, I dunno. Young people nowadays.
