1 - Cloudflare considers my IP dangerous.
Allowing or not allowing traffic from certain IPs is a site owner
decision, not cloudflare.

2- local companies that also block me tell me that they have not
blocked me, that it is the Cloudflare filter, that they use Cloudflare
as security on their host and there is something that prevents me from
entering. The companies are not preventing me from doing it, they are
telling me, it is Cloudflare.

Yeah, it's not me blocking you (haha); you have to complain somewhere
else.
I only have to proof sometimes I'm stil human for accessing the same
site. Even when accessing the same site for another article. I have no
idea how the cloudflare filters works.
