Anyway, Shit were on the clock, so perhaps they are blocking your ISP, 
you told me years ago it was a WiFi network. They are notorious for 
nefarious sorts logging on. Have you tried logging on using your mobile, 
or using a landline, they are usually cleaner as everyone has an account 
linked to their bank or similar for payment. Try that and report back, 
just saying, it's like using a hotel that charges by the hour, you get a 
reputation.
