Google Contacts seem to sync automatically among all my devices, so not sure why it's not happening for you. I have contact on my iPhone, Android phone, iPad, Windows desktop and laptops. Any contacts I add or modify on one device gets replicated on all others. It sometimes takes a while to filter through and sometimes a reboot helps. Chris
