This site works for me in these browsers:  Chrome (version 96), Firefox 
(version 95.0.2), MS Edge (version 95); but not in Internet Explorer 
(version 11).


 1)  I go to https://support.google.com/chrome/

     Under "How can we help you?", there is a box 'Describe your issue'.

 2)  I type this in the box
         How to disable autoplay

 3)  I press ENTER

 4)  My question is transmitted and several search results appear on 
     the page.

     Under the search results there is a button "View more" to show
     more search results.
