It's been a long time since I ran windows. Running as administrator, in the menu there is there is an option for "Disk Manager" or some similar name, that can be used to delete the partition. Be aware, that if these are not currently the last drive letters, assigned, any drives after them in the alphabet will have their letters changed. So what was drive F: for example may become E:.
