Which laptop do you have?

The first  is for the Acer Aspire E E5-573-35AQ Notebook.
The second is for the Acer Aspire E 15 E5-573-35AQ Notebook.

The ear-bud, I can't help with. Never used one. Probably have to resort to
finding and reading it's instruction manual.
