They had to put something on the key between F3 and F5, so after years of 
collaberation, government approval processes, appropriate licensing, and 
numberous polls, they decided to go with F4.

The people who got the Nobel Prize for that probably did not credit all the 
dedicated specialists who contributed to the development of the concept, but 
all of humanity has benefited greatly from their diligent efforts.  Their 
families and ancestors should be very proud of their contributions to the 
advancement of all mankind.
