What version is in Delphi DCP ?

Does it have any version ?
Does it match package version ? BPL ?
Does it match compiler version ? DCU ?

Could it even have mixed DCU versions/units... 

But let's assume package just compiled with one compiler.

What it have the package version inside of it or the compiler version ?
