Is this page generated with some tool, or did you write it
by hand?  If the latter, how did you manage to achieve
propoer horisontal alignment in the final result when in the
source is it disrupted by HTML tags?

00DBUTIL.TXT in DBUTIL.ZIP says it should have BAX.COM, but
it does not seem to...
