When we setup the receiver on an iPhone it logs into the receiver and prompts for the SMS token, so the 1st logon works fine. However, as soon as the user is logged off, the second logon fails. At the second logon the user is prompted for a password and token at the same time, even with the rewrite policy in place. We can also see hits on the rewrite policy but the second password field is still displayed.

I am trying to get Citrix receiver to work on my Ubuntu laptop. I've installed the Citrix receiver, however when I try to open the .ica file that my company provides when I login to my organisation's Citrix StoreFront site by Chrome, it exits out with an error that states "Cannot connect to 0.0.02 - Windows 2016 Desktop. No such file or directory. Verify your connection settings and try again". After this, the .ica file gets deleted automatically.

I am trying create a policy to uninstall Citrix Receiver on my macs. Unable to add uninstall.app into jamf admin due to error message "not being support in Jamf Admin". I little experience creating scripts. Trying to create script but unable get script to run. Wondering if anyone has script for uninstall citrix receiver

This is picking my system's chrome browser's profile in which I have saved setting of allowing web app to open the application via my citrix receiver alert as you can see in my attached image above. Now, I no longer see this alert while test execution in selenium.

We are providing an application to external users trough Citrix XenApp 6.5. The users have a number of different version of the receiver but the problem is the same even with the latest one (4.9 at the time I write this, it wa confirmed at least as far back as 4.2).

The Nighthawk pro gaming router do have build security from BitDefender and other security features called net armor. Chances are high that it is blocked there. The traffic controller can block it. Did you create any blocking rules? How to configure armor you find in the manual starting from page 91. The ports that need to be opened you find here (Citrix Workspace app = receiver): -us/tech-zone/build/tech-papers/citrix-communication-ports.html

Had this issues in a recent Citrix deployment. Check to see if drop frag udp if set to drop in your zone protection profile for GP. That was my issue. I was able to connect on the receiver but unable to launch apps, would just saying connecting then time out.

I am having performance problems with Citrix receiver when running forticlient real-time AV protection. The symptoms I see are mouse & Keyboard become very slow to respond in the citrix session. When trying to type, there will be a lag in the keystrokes showing up that could be ip to 1 second. Mouse performance is similarly lagging. If I disable the real-time protection, keyboard and mouse response become normal and responsive again. I am currently running Forticlient version 5.4.0 but have seen this as far back as 5.2.3. I am running citrix receiver version 4.3 but have seen the issue with several other versions as well.

Citrix Receiver Notice: Due to security enhancements, older versions of the Citrix Receiver will not work and must be updated. After login the receiver detection may force an upgrade. Please contact your site administrator for assistance.
