Garageband Download All Available Sounds Greyed Out

<div>I'm just getting familiar with GarageBand 10.0.3, and want to download the rest of the sounds. In the GarageBand menu, the first three options, Download more sounds, Restore Sound Library and Update Sound Library, are all greyed out.
