You do not need to choose between exclusively using gates or exclusively using policies when building an application. Microsurfacing is a paving operation that is similar to slurry seal. The process consists of the application of a mixture of water, asphalt emulsion, aggregate (very small crushed rock), and chemical additives to an existing asphalt concrete pavement surface.
