I got a different sized one, and I can see it in the Installed Apps list.

An Agent Ransack search, shows bits of stuff in a WinSxS WindowsCommunications
area, implying it could be part of an advertising campaign.

Perhaps the thing you see, is a "fresh set of images" for the advertiser.
It might be tied into a MSEdge:Bing attack of some sort.

In its current form, unless it was the "web flavor" of office,
it could well be harmless. You can edit documents on the web,
if you're happy to share your document content with Microsoft.
