I don't see anywhere I suggested using Notepad++ as an EDITOR.

If you know of a better CONVERSION tool, please state what that is, Chris.

Otherwise, it may be simply that you completely misunderstood the tutorial.

The problem, given you clearly misunderstood the entire purpose of the
tutorial, is why do you feel so confident deprecating the tutorial?

You clearly have absolutely no idea what it does.
And yet, you deprecated it.
