And yet I proved it's trivial to obtain the named owner of every building
in the United States (since that's public information) and to obtain the
location of every BSSID in that building which, if it's a home, typically
has only one (although mine has half a dozen or more tied to my home).

BSSID <-> Owner (via the building location)
