Drugs and electroshock therapy could tone him down for a while.  It 
would help us, but not him.  He needs help, but there is none.  Current 
medical knowledge can't help poor arlen.

Since he is a savant, maybe he can teach us something before his demise. 
So far, though, its only gibberish.
