The Reliability Monitor here, is showing
9NRZT3Q9R3DL-Microsoft.WindowsAppRuntime.2
getting updated every couple of days, no signs the
update is malfunctioning in any way, but it does
seem a fetish. There can't be bugs in it so bad,
they're fixing them at that rate.
The spacing of updates showing here, isn't as
frequent as the rate of installation in my
Reliability Monitor.

Sometimes, other in-box Metro.Apps get updates and the
update fails, and the update is retried later on and eventually
it succeeds. This is not that kind of pattern.
