Just want to debunk the myth that you need at least a pentium 2 to
play MP3's.  I use the MPX player in a pentium pro and have use it in
a DX4 100mhz computer and it plays mp3's fine.  Using a soundblaster
vibra isa card.  I always felt the Vibra was the best card made for
Win 3.1 and Dos.  It seems it was specifically designed for that
platform and Win 95 secondary.
