Where did you find it ?

I went to the producs download page 
(https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm), and did see that there is a v10 
available.

Though one problem with it is that it will only boot under UEFI.  And as 
(most? All of?) my XPsp3 'puters do have it ... :-\
