I'm no coder, but I'd enjoy to be a part of any rebirth of Windows 3.x 
support. Honestly, if I had the means to, I would actually build a half-
decent /486 machine specifically for Windows 3.1/1 for Workgroups 
(depending on what my needs for a network would be at the time).
