Cartridge not installed Samsung Xpress C430W

Hello
Just starting to use printer again after several weeks. Switch printer on and got message Yellow cartridge low on toner.
Replaced yellow cartridge and got message Black toner cartridge is not installed. Install it.

Removed and replaced black cartridge followed by removing and replacing all cartridges. Made no difference. Still got
message Black toner cartridge is not installed. Install it.

HP taken over Samsung printers. Went to HP support site, only option is chatbot.
Completely useless. Didn't recognise anything I asked no matter how it was worded.

Can anyone help ?
