Alexa and Epson ET-2810

Hello
I have just replaced my Epson XE-645 printer witn an Epson ET-2810.
With my old printer I could print eg shopping list from Alexa by saying Alexa print shopping list.
The old printer was 'discovered' by Alexa but my new one is not, so I am unable to 'voice print'.
Has anyone got Alexa to 'talk to'  ET-2810 ?
Grateful for any advice.
