Real people don't do this of course.
People who own dogs, take them for a walk.
People who party, would never consider walking anywhere.
That is too much work. Everyone who goes to house parties
here, drives a car.
A decent house party here, I might have to drive ten or
fifteen miles. The house parties are seldom "next door".
There are also car racing clubs, and "car pickups".
It's possible to get up to all sorts of mischief with
cars, but during a curfew, the car clubs will have
to keep a very low profile.
