If you have Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 or Windows = 11, you can read these pages from Microsoft which explain how to uninstall = programs: internet download manager di uninstall DOWNLOAD https://t.co/UOHnNL6o0X=20 I use the free version but the Pro version does have one advantage that I k= now about but have not used is that it does not have to have to application= still installed that you want to remove and can just look for left overs. = I don't know how this feature works but it might make it worth downloading = the Pro version as a trial and then uninstalling it before you have to buy = it and then use the free version in future. I like the suggestion from huwyngr to use Revo Uninstaller. As he mentioned= you will have to reinstall Norton first and then uninstall thru Revo so yo= u must still have a valid subscription and license to do the reinstall. This isn't working. I opened the Creative Suite icon on my desktop. It aske= d me to sign in. I did but instead of doing so or displaying my apps- it ju= st flipped dialogue boxes to no internet. Despite having running internet i= t wouldn't take my sign in, now says no internet connection. Can't work off= line. Can't get rid of this awful program. Attempting to uninstall using programs prompts an Adobe Creative Cloud Sign= -in dialogue box to open. It won't allow me to uninstall without forcing me= to sign in. Upon inputting the password to sign in it first states no inte= rnet connection. Then after closing all standard CC programs operating in t= he background in task manager using programs to try uninstalling opens an A= dobe CC dialogue box stating a new update is available. So it won't allow m= e to uninstall without forcing me to update and forcing me to use the inter= net. Is this some sorry excuse of a company line? My criteria is clear. No inter= net. No updates. No installing any programs including CC Cleaner tool. No s= igning in. Simple. It was obvious that my internet was working and that the= flaw was with Adobe. "Mandatory", that's a new level of pathetic. People are here having to ask = for help just to have the "privilege" for what should have been their right= to do. Just to uninstall a program, something so basic. So fundamental. The facts are becoming apparent; Adobe does not allow people to remove thei= r programs easily; forcing users to access the internet, forcing updates re= moving their ability to deny consent, forcing users to sign in- all for wha= t should be the user's right, to uninstall Adobe CC. This is just something= that needs to be known. People need to be more aware of this. I am sorry, but until you are able to restore Internet access I do not know= of any easy way to remove the software. Even the Adobe Creative Cloud desk= top application uninstaller utility would still need to be downloaded from = Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and then transferred= to the computer. I'm sorry, I should be clearer. I have internet. I refuse to install the up= date. My criteria is my choice, something any user of a program should have= . My internet access was always functional. Despite the first flaw with Ado= be CC that initially showed no internet connection, by ending all its stand= ard background operations it changed the dialogue box to trying to force me= to install an update. A solution would be a way to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud without using t= he internet, without downloading an update, without installing any other pr= ogram and without being forced to sign-in. These things are fundamentals. Lynnh24100142, there are no manual methods to remove the software. I would = recommend you download and use the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstall uti= lity, referenced in message #12. If you don't wish to download any software= on this computer, then use another computer and copy the required files to= a USB drive. WTF!!!!!!! its 2 years later more patches and I can't uninstall this stuff = without internet connection? I blocked all programs that I don't want to se= nd my data to servers I do not controll and now I cannot delete any Adobe a= pp that expired some time ago!!!!!!!!!! If you are signed out of the app you have to get a code to sign back in. If= email is the way to get the code and you have no internet you can't get a = code, can't sign in, can't get past the first screen to even get to the uni= nstallers. You give up and Adobe wins, you couldn't uninstall the software.= This is pure frustration when Creative Cloud cripples an underpowered comp= uter and you realize you need to remove it. But you can't remove it until y= ou uninstall any Adobe programs you have installed. And you can't do that i= f you can't log in to the Creative Cloud desktop. You should re consider yo= ur answer because it is very frustrating to people who know it is only true= in some situations. And if there is some secret answer that is more compli= cated than going to the windows Programs and choosing uninstall Adobe has f= ailed too - you are forcing people to go out and gather tribal knowledge. Internet Explorer is a feature that can be disabled. The Windows Features di= alog box (optionalfeatures.exe) is however only available on client version= s of Windows. On Windows Server you can install or uninstall features by usi= ng the Server Manager (but Internet Explorer is not listed there), DISM or = Powershell (at least in later versions of Windows Server). I'm running Debian buster 10.7 with i3 window manager on a i686 arch person= al pc. Just for the sake of experimentation, I did apt remove lightdm, and = thought that it would be fine with just a tty login prompt rather than defa= ult lightdm. When I typed in apt remove lightdm, it also showed a bunch of = packages that said are no longer needed and could be removed with apt autor= emove. So I went with it, I did apt remove lightdm && apt autoremove, and t= hen I noticed while autoremove was complete, it also uninstalled network-ma= nager. At first glance, I thought it deleted a previous version of network = manager since I updated the system yesterday. I went along and did a reboot= . Then plugged in my cable, and there was no internet. I tried my phone's t= ethering as well, which I frequently use for net browsing and such. Now I'm= left with an offline pc. I did ip addr, and it shows my cord is connected,= but no ipv4 address is shown, which usually did before. then download the package from there from another device which has internet= access and place all the *.deb pakcages in your debian pc.Then to install = them, just type in dpkg -i "your-package-name.deb". If you happen to place = all the *.deb packages under same directory, you can install all of them wi= th dpkg -i *. I'm sure this is not a proper way to solve the issue, especially incase you= don't happen to have another device with internet access. But I got lucky.= Hopefully someone comes up with a proper solution. It's still weird to me = that running apt remove lightdm && apt autoremove removed a whole bunch of = packages, might I add essential ones such as network-manager. 45 days after activation, AppManager will recommend a list of unused apps y= ou can choose to uninstall to free up space and optimize device performance= . You will also get a recommendation for apps that you may enjoy. AppManage= r will run every 45 days unless you opt out of the service. f5d0e4f075
