How To Download Xlstat

I understand bioinformatics communities has some reservation about using Excel. However, I in order to communicate with fellow colleague (biologist) i have a clarification about using Xlstat.I have expression count matrix as shown   is a simple two group comparison C vs T. My aim is to draw a volcano plot and heatmap.When I upload this file in Xlstat and perform differential expression analysis. Followed xlstat instructions   -differential-expression-omics-in-excel-tutorialbut I could not find what to select under explanatory variables tab without which it will say the file is empty as shown
