Citibank Cost Visa Card - OSU

I still can't get OSU to work with this account. I think it's because
it's set up to use EWC and it needs to be DC. I've been unable to
change it to DC. I'v tried Deactivating and re-adding the account as

tells me to do, but that didn't work.

Can someone here tell me how to do it?
