OK, I deactvated the Costco Citi card and reactivated it, changing from Citibank to Citi Cards with some difficulty. It's now Direct Connect. I then ran another OSU. The result was very strange! It downloaded two transactions--both transactions that were already in the register because I had added them manually--but it also came up with a "Connectivity Problems" error: OL-304-A I ran OSU once again, and got the same error.
