OK, I just downloaded it. The next step is clicking the downloaded
file.

I haven't done that yet, primarily because of my concern about the
activation code it may ask me for. But I did notice on these
instructions that when I do, it gives me two choices:

. Uninstall your Previous version of Quicken

. Install & Update Quicken
We'll install latest version of Quicken on your computer and check to
make sure you have the latest updates and enhancements.

So assuming that I can somehow get the activation code from either
Quicken or Amazon, I assume that I should check both boxes and do
both. Right?

Also I just went to Amazon.com and verified that on July 19, 2018 I
bought Quicken Deluxe 2018 - 27-Month Personal Finance & Budgeting
Software [PC/Mac Download] there. So that expired in September 2020,
and I must have since renewed it with Quicken itself. Since the
renewal was with Quicken, am I correct that that means I don't need
the Amazon activation code? If so I can go ahead with the
uninstallation and reinstallation.
