Thanks Jeffrey for your reply.  Yes, expenses seems reasonable. I do 
indeed have a report that I use to generate my Schedule "A" out of Q, as 
well as other items I mark as 'TAX LINE' (like a legal group settlement 
I received received I asked about in this NG) but I still manually type 
in all the needed figures.  Those bottom line numbers aren't that 
onerous, but in this case, you are right that perhaps errors could creep 
in that way and double checking is indeed a good thing.

I'm one of the few nerdy people that actually enjoys the intellectual 
exercise in doing taxes.
