Quicken states the update for Schwab was completed successfully, but 
nothing is downloaded and balances are not updated.

Brokerage only, no checking or savings.

I named it Charles Schwab in Quicken.  I am not sure what you're asking.

I did deactivate the account, but I just reactivated.  I did not try 
adding the account.  I'll try that.
