If you want to get a better idea about whether your current Quicken file is OK, I suggest you try creating a New (test) Quicken file and setting up the Schwab account(s) there. If a One Step Update works in that file, it would suggest that there may be something wrong with your current file. I'm not sure how to interpret the non-zero netstatus value you reported. It appears to be for Citibank rather than Schwab; but perhaps the Citibank problem is interfering with the Schwab download. When you do a One Step Update, does Citibank appear before Schwab in the list of financial institutions in the download? I don't know how many financial institutions are included in your OSU's, but perhaps you can try an OSU without Citibank selected. Otherwise: You can try logging out of Quicken, then logging back in as the same user. Preferences > Quicken ID and Cloud accounts > Sign in as a different user. You can try resetting your Quicken Cloud data: Preferences > Mobile & Web > Reset your cloud data. That should require you to re-Activate ALL your accounts for downloading; you can use the same Add Account process you used before to do that. If you have any other Quicken files (.QDF files) lying around, you might try deleting their cloud files. In your current Quicken file: Preferences > Mobile & Web > Sync=ON, then close Preferences. Preferences > Quicken ID and Cloud Accounts > Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID. You'll then see a list of all your Quicken Cloud files (one for each of your Quicken files): you can select and delete them one-by-one. [The file with the asterisk is the file you currently have open, and you can't delete the cloud file for the currently-open Quicken file.] If you ever need to use any of those other files whose Cloud files you deleted, you will have to re-Activate downloads in them. If nothing helps, I would report the problem to Quicken. Help > Report a problem. I would plan to send them your data file and all your log files. (As indicated in the report-a-problem dialog, your data file will be "sanitized" to remove sensitive information). Don't expect any response from Quicken, but if there is an underlying Quicken issue (or possibly a Schwab issue), Quicken can use the info you send them to do whatever they can to rectify the problem. You may never know what, if anything, they did.
