   I reset cloud data, confirmed the reset by typing yes, but I did not 
have to reactivate any accounts.  I logged out, logged back in and did 
another reset and still did not have to reactivate accounts.

I also created a new file, added Schwab, and turned on scheduled 
updates.  I'll see what happens tomorrow morning.
