No changes to Quicken should be necessary to satisfy this request.

Setup the weekly $25 transfer from the Checking account to the Cell Phone Savings Goal as an Auto-Enter Reminder

The cell phone bill can be entered using a single Scheduled Transaction Group, created as follows.
1.) Create one Memorized Payee that transfers the amount of the cell phone bill from the Savings Goal account to the Checking account.
2.) Create a second Memorized Payee that pays the cell phone company.
3.) Create a Scheduled Transaction Group (in Manage Bill & Income Reminders, click "Add", then select "Scheduled Transaction Group").
4) In the New Scheduled Transaction Group dialog; give the Group a name (such as "Cell Phone Bill" for example), select the correct "Account", "Due on" date, and complete the "Frequency" section. Then in "Choose Transactions", put a check mark in each of the two Memorized Payees created in Step 1 and Step 2 above.
