Well, I just came across (I had done so in the past as well) a limit 
that is not included in that list.  The number of saved reports in a 
folder appears to be about 26.  Q is not letting me save my 27th 
transaction filtered report in a created folder; it is complaining about 
too many reports and to delete one to make room.
